Who we are

This website is run by CV Yunara, Tunas Regency Blok A2 No. 9, Tanjung Uncang, Jl. Brigjend Katamso Km. 03, Batam 29439, Indonesia. Email sales@yunara.com, telephone +62 778 8075057. Write to that address with any question about your data.

The short version

This is an information website. There are no accounts or logins, no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising. Everything on the page, fonts included, is served from our own server, so your browser doesn't connect to Google or any other outside service. We don't sell or rent anyone's data.

What we process, and why

Visiting the site. Like every web server, ours records technical details of each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. The logs are kept for a short period and then deleted automatically. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Sending an enquiry. The enquiry form stores nothing on this website. The "Send enquiry" button opens your own email program with your details filled in, and nothing is sent until you send that email yourself. We then receive what you wrote, usually your name, company, contact details and vessel information. We use it to answer you, prepare a recommendation and a price, and carry out any job that follows. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If no job follows, we delete the enquiry after two years. If it leads to a job, we keep it for as long as Indonesian business and tax record rules require.

Google Maps. The map of our location is not loaded until you press "Show map". Only then does your browser connect to Google, which receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy. "Open in Google Maps" is a plain link.

WhatsApp. The WhatsApp buttons are plain links: nothing loads from WhatsApp until you tap one. If you message us there, WhatsApp (Meta) processes your number and messages under its own terms, and we receive what you send. We use it only to answer you and handle any job that follows, and treat it like an email enquiry.

Your language choice. If you pick a language with the flag buttons, your browser stores that choice so the site opens in the same language next time. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can delete it by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider and our email provider process data on our behalf so that the website and our email work. Enquiries about application work may be passed to our sister company PT Kurnia Murti Jaya, which carries out the work. We don't pass data to anyone else unless the law requires it.

Where your data is processed

CV Yunara is based in Indonesia, and the website is hosted in Indonesia. If you write to us from the European Union, your data is processed outside the EU. The European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for Indonesia.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Write to sales@yunara.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the EU, the authority where you live or work; in Indonesia, the authority responsible for personal data protection.

Welche Daten wir verarbeiten und warum

Übermittelt wird erst, wenn Sie diese E-Mail selbst abschicken. Wir erhalten dann, was Sie geschrieben haben, in der Regel Name, Firma, Kontaktdaten und Angaben zum Schiff. Wir nutzen diese Daten, um Ihnen zu antworten, eine Empfehlung und einen Preis zu erstellen und einen daraus folgenden Auftrag auszuführen. Rechtsgrundlage: vorvertragliche Maßnahmen auf Ihre Anfrage (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Kommt kein Auftrag zustande, löschen wir die Anfrage nach zwei Jahren.
